PRIVACY POLICY • Contact information such as telephone number, address, email address, etc. is the sole property of the buyer and will not be shared with anyone.

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED • Credit/Debit card information is never shared with us. I am a verified premium user of PayPal. PayPal is very safe and convenient for both parties. You can pay using your Credit or Debit card through PayPal.

PAYMENT • Item(s) that are added to the cart, but not paid for can no longer be put on hold due to eCRATER's new policies. If item(s) are not paid for immediately, the item(s) are still available for other buyers to purchase.

SHIPPING • All merchandise will ship within 1 business day of payment confirmations unless otherwise stated. I only ship to "CONFIRMED" PayPal addresses.

JEWELRY • Colors of some jewelry may differ slightly due to screen differences.

HYGIENE ITEMS • Because of the nature of these types of items, there are not returns on any hygiene items. This includes masks.

ITEM PHOTOS • All photos are of the actual item. I do not use stock photography.

WAX MELTS • Wax melts may not be available during certain seasons due to the nature of the item. All wax melts are automatically shipped using USPS priority mail.
